Tau Padel / Smoochee strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched between 1-3 days after order payment is cleared. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1 – 5 working days for delivery. 

 

We charge a national flatrate of R100, orders over R1000 are free. Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur an extra delivery charge/ take longer to arrive. We use Fastway and Aramex couriers for delivery.

 

Orders can be tracked.

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Rackets, Balls, Waterbottles, hats, Grips and Gift cards are non returnable items. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@taupadel.co.za. If your return is accepted, it will be your responsibility to courier the order back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us.

 

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Once your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your refund has been approved, it will then will be processed, and a store credit will then be emailed to you within 7 days.
